Task affected: Booking an appointment via the Patient Portal when a preferred professional is suggested.
Impact: Reduced booking flexibility for patients. When a preferred clinician is suggested, the "All professionals" option disappears, forcing patients to search clinicians one by one if their preferred clinician is unavailable or if they wish to see someone else, creating unnecessary friction.
Current state: Patients must select and check clinicians individually, one by one, to view available time slots.
