When the users write a note under a phone number (Ex: Mom, Dad...) It should appear in the banner next to the number. Especialy for pediatric patients, they need to know who they are calling without having to go in the patient profile tab.
MOAs often comment that they can't see the information about who they are calling, especially true for pediatric patient, teens, etc.
That's a complaint from MOAs we hear often in clinics when deploying (more than 50% of the time) so I feel that's something important and a quick win.
What if it was not the note field that is displayed in the patient header but the info coming from a dropdown where it is specified who the other contact is? Just an idea, but I feel that it's important.
In the screen I've placed an idea of what it could look like.
As space is limited in the top banner and the notes field can be a very lengthy note, its best that we do not display those details in the top banner. Laptop screens with smaller screen resolution will also have trouble displaying all the necessary details.
