CDM Tracking Via MYLE Analytics

Chronic Disease Management incentives (CDM codes) are very lucrative for family physicians in BC. Those codes can only be billed once every 365 days if a patient has been seen twice in that year for a specific chronic disease (Diabetes, Hypertension, etc). All other EMRs have a report that tells physicians which patient can now be billed for a CDM and if they fulfill the required visit criterias.

We would need a dashboard in MYLE Analytics that displays those 4 codes 14050, 14051, 14052, 14053 and the name of the patients who qualify for these incentives.
