Adding a balance at the bottom of a bill to show it was paid

Right now, when billing a patient in the private billing section, we don't have a "balance" and it doesn't show if an amount was actually paid by the client.

It would be helpful and it was asked by many clients if we could add a balance at the bottom right side of the bill, once it's paid.

If the status is "payable", then the amount owed would be indicated as well as the balance of the same amount.

If the status is for example "debit card", which means the client has payed with a debit card, then we would see the amount that was owed as well as the amount that was payed, then showing a balance of 0$ at the bottom to indicate the process of the transaction.

Having a detailed bill for clinics is crucial and this is why this request keeps coming back.
