Currently, when we add a doctor on the patient's profile as external consultant, the only way to do it is by looking for their name on the CMQ database, which is great, it automatically imports their address, their permit number, and their phone number.
But most family doctors don't have any fax number on the CMQ's database, which makes it a lot harder for specialists to fax their notes to them once the consultation is over (specialist always send their notes to the family doctor when they see a patient they have referred to them).
There is a button to modify the doctor's information once it's added from the CMQ, but that only allows us to modify their name or the organazation that issued their permit. there is an empty field to add a note.
Ideally, we would need a fax number field just above that note field where secretaries will be able to add the GP's fax number and it would save it either on our database, or on their environement only. That way, when specialist fax the note, the number will be there automatically.
I have had this remark from 100% of the specialists I have worked with.
AND VERY IMPORTANT THING : Ability to add manually clinicians too.
For the moment, it's only linked to CMQ ans OIIQ notebook. What about adding OTSTCFQ and other professionals ?
