Printing a message/task is not used everyday, but just in case of emergency, to remind MD they did'nt respond to a patient.
So the secretaries print the paper, and stick it to the doctor's office door.
1) If the button PRINT was available directly from MYLE, it would be easy to print the paper to stick it to the door in one click. No need to have a dispendious layout. Onlye the datas with : The title of the message/task / the recipients / the patient / the date / the text.
2) I would say this printing process happens for clerical staff 10 times a week
3) They were on Kinlogix before MYLE, and printing a message was previously possible in that EMR

Hi Nicolas,
1) can you advise what advantage does the user have of printing it on a piece of paper versus copying & pasting it into a wordpad?
2) how often does this generally happen for clerical staff per week at this potential client's office?
3) According to SF, they are currently on Kinlogix? What do they currently do within Kinlogix for this?
Thanks!
