Linking a patient to his portal account could be more user friendly

When we want to link a portal account to a medical file in MYLE :

• we cannot search by the portal patient's birth date. This should be allowed.

• if the NAM was not entered in capitals, it's not highlighted in the proposal file.

• the birthdate is not highlighted even if it's the same.

• more than 3 matching criteria must highlight the correct patient in green
