Ability to filter the notes by invoiced / uninvoiced

The portfolio is a way to check approved / unapproved notes.

It's also a way to control if the payment request is done.

Adding a filter : Invoiced / Uninvoiced (linked to the row INVOICE) could be useful for the clinicians to check if they still have job to do and ask for a payment to the RAMQ.
