As described in the other request (similar to DT9000 form), it must be the same for an other useful form : DT9060 or equivalent.
Secretaries didn't have privileges to create clinical notes, so they use a non dynamic (fillable) form from their desktop, wasting time to complete the manual data entry.
As in KINLOGIX, access to create forms from the clerical datas would be important.
The clerical users can't create a note so they can't generate the form. The workaround is to go back to the year 2009 and have a bunch of paper forms laying around and fill them manually then scan them in the patient file in MYLE.
Will be very useful.
Another workaround used by clinics where secretaries have a clinical account is to create a new note to get the form. It adds a note in the medical summary only for that form and it's not an ideal solution as some MDs don't like that. That note could be deleted once the form is printed, but the history of the form is lost.
Some sort of history about when that was printed/filled could be nice to have. Seen in clinic: A patient comes in frustrated about his medical info not being transferred and the secretaries have no trace of if the form was ever created/printed for that patient at the first place.
