Physician is reviewing "RESULTS"
Calendar
to create an appointment stating she spoke to the patient over the phone, discussing the pt results (diff from the Scheduling Assignment), therefore has to create an appointment within the Calendar (as opposed to the patient chart > appointment)
click on an empty spot > the physician then has to search the patient again
SUGGESTION:
RESULTS
Physician clicks on the hyperlinked Patient Name
Goes into the patient chart
Calendar
create appointment > patient [name/chart] is defaulted
The physician wants to log on the Calendar patients "seen".
At a quick glance, its an easier way to view as opposed to the Portfolio and some patients that may already be approved. As opposed to the Portfolio and some patients that may already be approved
An easier way for the physician to keep track of the msp billing and what pts have or have not been billed yet
Why does the physician have to create an appt. for the patient if they've already spoken?
