Today, in the full calendar it's very hard to book an appointment at a specific time because it's difficult to read time with minutes.
Except on the left side, there is no indication for time other than the full hours, and nothing at the right side.
Put the quarters on the left and the right, like a rudders in the margin.
Maybe a slight difference beetween the lines (alternate grey and white lines) could be more visible.
Or put a filigrane behind the lines ?

As an idea, a tooltip showing the start time of the interval over which you are hovering could be interesting here:
I think having the minutes on the left hand side would help so the booking of appointment can be more precise and as you run your mouse cursor down the calendar, the left hand side could give a small indicator of which row you are highlighting.
