Adding unknown in the gender drop down list

EXTRA NOTE:

1. UPDATE THE USER PROFILES AS WELL (gender should NOT be a mandatory field)

2. BC Services is NOW allowing "X" as a gender

   1. B.C. Birth Certificate

   2. B.C. Driver’s Licence (BCDL)

   3. BC Identification Card (BCID)

   4. BC Services Card (combined BC Driver’s Licence and Services Card, Photo or Non-photo)

   5. Enhanced Driver’s Licence (EDL) and Enhanced Identification Card (EIC)
      

When cross referencing the MSP Check eligibility, I believe this does NOT cross the "gender". Just the PHN, DOB, First Initial (of First Name) and Last Name. Therefore, adding "X" should NOT impact the MSP Billing/Check Eligibility.

Either remove the mandatory field for gender, since knowing the gender of the user isn't exactly necessary for data logging. Or add a "U" into gender.

Gender is fluid, although birth "sex" is distinct.

SUGGESTION:

1. create a field in the demographics for "sex"

   1. sex should default into forms & billing

2. keep the "gender" field

   1. this should be the option if the pt decides to transition

3. create a drop-down (in demographics) for pronouns (this should have the option to show on the pt banner)

   1. they/them

   2. he/him

   3. she/her

4. remove "prefix" mandatory selection (for users and patients)
