ISSUE: users cannot find and add/update a contact via the Consult Request Directory. Or they are able to find the contact, but the information is no longer correct/missing fax number.
ISSUE: users can add/update a contact via the FORM Directory, but this does NOT display within the Consult Request Directory
ISSUE: users cannot find and add/update a contact via the Medical Note Directory. Or they are able to find the contact, but the information is no longer correct/missing fax number.
SUGGESTION:
have ONE fax directory
allow users to add/update/remove a contact
allow more than one contact (with same name/msp number/fax number) since the contact may work at more than one location
allow different types of contacts; physicians, nurses, pharmacies
auto update the directory (from BC CPS/Nurse & midwives/pharmacy/hospital/lab/optometrist) https://registry.bccnp.ca/ElasticSearch/Search
pertaining to the SITE of the environment, display the related provincial contacts at the top of the list

Add the icon to directory next to recipient - Having access to Direcrory/contact list from Consult or Exam request
Add Task icon to consult request of consultation request
Ability to change the recipient without having to create another request
From: The note, Task, Follow-ups in PORTFOLIO, Follow-ups in medical summary
Changing the recipient to regenarate the referal Ex.: Doctor A rejects the referral /Moa can regerate the referal and assign it to new recipient
Now: When assigning a recipient to Doctor A to a referral there is no ability to change the recipient even if we fax the referral to another contact from the fax directory. (See image attached - Fax consultation request)
Adding the access icon to fax Directory to FAX consult/Exam request
Follow-up Consultation/Examen request (In patient summary and in PORTFOLIO): Add a resend or relink to new recipient option (See document attached- Fax Consultation request) -
Add Task Icon to follow-up consultation/examen request (In patient summary and in PORTFOLIO)
FOLLOW-UPS Consults/Examen in PORTFOLIO/Patient Summary and in the note should show if there was documents attached (when feature available) and if the referral was send out/faxed and to wich recipient (Fax confirmation)

in addition to above:
if we update the ONE fax directory/contact list pertaining to the CPSBC; we must ensure custom contacts created by the user is NOT overwritten
have a section or button away from the FORMS/EXAM REQUEST to add/update patients. perhaps a directory button above the patient banner.
