Problem with the display of the obstetrical sheet #4

During a upsell meeting with the team of doctors at Clinique de périnatalité de Trois-rivières, they mentionned being annoyed by the limited space to document information in the obstetrical form, sheet #4. The main problem is that the title column remains in place and thus limit there ability to view all of the information from previous encounters. They then have to scroll up, but the movement of the page makes the experience somewhat painful.
