UI when booking an appointment from the patient file in multi-site setting

Unclear at first glance for users that a 2nd site is available and clickable. For what I've seen, it's not clear for first time users and it results in a complain that the appointments are not showing properly (while in reality they are not looking at the wrong site without knowing)

Make the distinction clearer (by adding spacing between sites?, by changing the display of the site to be more "button-like" so it's intuitive for users that they can click on it?)
