Let the users add their own tags to their forms to organize them

Today, when a user is using a lot of forms, it's difficult to find them, unless you remember their names or tag them as favorite.

Add the ability to "tag" the forms, that will add a label immediatly.
This label, like in Mac OS, would be a possibility to organize, and find quickly forms.
