CURRENT: Physicians have patients with 'standing order' requisitions.
Therefore, the patient (for example INR, thyroid/TSH/T4/T3, etc) can go every month for [x] test.
The physicians are able to view the trend in [x] test result. But, cannot view or change the current medication/dosage the patient is on at while viewing the result.
SUGGESTION:
Allow something like a flowsheet (starts from blank) allowing physicians to choose [x] medication the patient is on to track.
The result would populate into the flowsheet, along with the medication for the future flowsheet entry.
Allow physicians to modify medications/dosages while in the flowsheet
Allow the physician to create a Task for their MOA's to contact PT if medication modification is needed.
