allow "editing" of responsible provider
allow the option to change the responsible provider
although the patient is on the recall list for a future appointment; if another physician has a sooner appointment available the responsible prover should be able to change to fit the physician that allows a sooner appt.

They only use recalls at the clinic since they are able to push back the date easily. However, the responsible provider is editable from the Communication - Recall tab easily, but it is not directly from the patient chart. MOAs and Doctors want to be able to edit the provider assigned to the recall directly from the patient chart
Similar request, client would like the flexibility to edit or reverse a Recall Marked as completed, currently if someone click on Mark as complete, there is no way to reverse that or edit it.
