Vital Signs : View & Corrections

Task affected : Follow-up or Diabetes and other patient or patient with conditions that needs to do follow-up with their blood sugar level. Also, there's no traduction for fréquence cardiaque in english. When you add an entry, it will be written RC in the chart instead of CF.

Impact: : difficulties to see some tendencies and do follow-ups for patient with blood sugar monitoring

Current state: There's no direct access to blood sugar information. You need to open a chart and go in the vital signs section to see it. Alot of my clients need to use a form to do that kind of follow-up. There's nothing in the medical summary or in the cart/clinical note. If you do an entry for blood sugar (only), you will only see the date.

Competition consideration: Add any vital signs entry in the medical summary and the chart, add some curves for blood sugar also in the report section. I know that the TA and CF will be available soon in the report section but the blood sugar would be pretty nice too.
