Notes Autofill from Medical Summary

ISSUE: Physicians are used to sending a concise 1-2 page consult request including the medications and portions of the medical summary, INSTEAD of sending a completely separate document. Or copy/pasting details of the medical summary into the Consult Request.

SUGGESTION: Create parameters to auto-fill sections of the physician note/consult request. This would save time, and allow their note to appear altogether.
