Patient Banner Customization option

ISSUE: the banner may appeal to physicians but does not always help the secretary/MOA's and vice-versa.

SUGGESTION: allow certain sections to show/hide

A customizable "sidebar". Like the area which is currently at the top of the patient screen, but with the ability to change what is visible. E.g. I'd like to add a section for allergies, medications, list of medical conditions, etc. to that top area, but don't need their address or email to always appear there. Whereas the admin staff may want more demographic info there.
