Patient Portal: Allow to publish schedule 36h in advance to support MSSS requirements & HUB integration

Context

• With the deployment of the HUB and the agreement between GPs and the MSSS, GPs will receive a substantial grant based on the ratio of patients that can be seen within 36 and 72 hours (see: https://www.lapresse.ca/actualites/sante/2022-05-01/entente-avec-les-medecins-de-famille/quebec-veut-reduire-de-moitie-le-nombre-de-patients-orphelins-d-ici-un-an.php)

Current situation

• MYLE does NOT allow to publish schedule 36h in advance but only 24h, 48h and 72h (ok)

Need:

• Allow to publish 36 hours in advance.

Will be needed by all clnics connected to the HUB with GPs eligible to the grant.
