ISSUE: to default the physician on the banner, the steps are cumbersome.

1. edit

2. add internal provider

3. search > select physician

4. specialty

5. select specific college

6. add

7. click star

8. save
   

this is 8+ clicks to default a provider within the EMR.

ALSO, why are there 2 CPSBC (college) options?

SUGGESTION:

• default specialty & college based on what is saved in the

  • Administration

  • Users

  • Practice

• default the banner physician based on the first provider chosen

  • if more providers are added, then have the option for the star (to default [x])
