MYLE DIRECT - Fax redirect option to change fax number

Currently we can only return the fax to sender. We can only assign the document to a ''dummy'' user and then fax it to another fax number or use External communications.

Suggestion: Add the option to redirect a document received to a different fax number without having to assign the document when it doesnt concern a patient.
