Progress Note sections to allow the option to default into the Consultation/Exam Request.

When the physician is typing out the findings from the visit they'll add this into the Progress Note in detail.

Medication List: the physician does not need to attach the entire medication list when sending to a specialist. for example a female patient being sent to a cardiologist; the cardiologist does not need to know the patient had fibroids, and a mastectomy, etc...

Then when creating the Consultation/Exam Request the user has to then type it again or copy/paste it. It would be helpful to allow the users to auto-populate the text from each various section of the Progress Note.

TO NOTE, the Progress Note cannot be attached via the "printer icon" this is only pertaining to the Medical Summary/Medications.
