Be able to add specialties in the Clinician field of the file

In the patient's chart, in the Patient Profile tab, the Clinicians sub-tab. Acutally, there are only specialties with a professional order. In Dr. Julien's clinics, we find people who do Art Therapy / Music Therapy / Pet Therapy. They would like to have the possibility of adding specialties and not have to select Other - (other profession) and add Music Therapy in the note field
