Fax confirmation/history directly in the medical note Merged

Have an easy way to know that the fax has been sent.

Currently, to see if a fax has been sent, the user needs to go in the portoflio/sent faxes and search for the patient. This is a cumbersome process.

Ideal: Have a sent confirmation right next to the sent item. We could even see the sent history when hovering (ideal) or clicking (less ideal) on it.
