Separation of Data between medical data & counselling data

the biggest deal breaker before we can move forward with the rest, is there must be a separation of data between all programs.

The CHC being one program, but also the data in other counselling programs must be able to be separated as well. This is not only for privacy, but also contract requirements and reporting.
