Users would like a way to Portal a received "Appointment Notification" from a hospital or specialist office directly to the patient when attaching to the patient from Documents > New (faxes)

once this is attached to the patient, the steps to go to the patient documents to send this is:
1) search patient
2) documents
3) find document
4) click document portal button
yes, this is an easy 4 steps, but if the moa duty is indexing incoming faxes, this is a few too many clicks for approx 30+ appt notifications per day
