Results stay on current result/page

From Results when clicking "File & Open" -

This will jump to the patient chart to allow the physician to log details within the clinical note. However, when navigating back to the Results, the physician is back one page one of New.

Instead the physician would like to appear on the last result pre-file & open.

From Results when clicking "File Without Linking" -

This will file the result and jump the physician back to page one of the results. Instead the physician would like to appear on the last result pre-file & open.
