Consultation type automation

The consultation type repeats the last one used. When a doctor has more than one, it's not often modified to reflect the consultaiton type for a specific apointment.

Example: Gynecology + Family Medicine

Ideal flow:

1. Doctor clicks on the patient name on an appointment in the calendar. The service is already configured and we know what is the speciality.

2. The consultation type is set to the one related to the service through which we accessed the patient file.
