Problem:
Patient has an email in his file
The clinic create a portal with another email not in the file
When sending documents/messages through the portal, the patient will receive notification on the email on file and not on his portal email.
Fix:
Add the portal email (when different) to the patient file and activate notification automaticlal. Also, there should be notifications options for the portal. If the doctor sends an important document, we do not want the patient to not get the notification via email
