Mediation Management per Patient

When clicking on Medication, the physician wants the ability to click on a past medication to see what EXACTLY was prescribed. Without having to create a dummy prescription

Wants to be able to [x] prescribed medication grouped together by drug. Upon clicking on the drug for more information (within PT Medication) the details will show all dates the medication was prescribed, strength, dose, route.
- Grouping by drug would allow a cleaner side panel instead of having to search through a long list.
