Add photo to the patient file through a secure MYLE app Merged

Problem 1 - It's not feasible and it's ackward to take picture with the laptop in certain situations (example: for the groin area)

Problem 2 - It's against the deontological code of practice to take pictures of patients with their personnal cellphone with a non-secure way

Problem 3 - It's a pain to transfer a picture from a cellphone to MYLE (copy to computer, etc.)
