MYLE DIRECT - Add the ability to view Patient's past appointments

During the process to adress a fax to a doctor, MYLE is now selecting the Family's doctor and that's good.

In an UMF, where Residents or other professionales are in charge, it would be perfect to quickly view the last appointments / notes with a hover of the mouse.

Today, MOA are obliged to open an other tab, or leave their indexing menu, to find this information, ie search the patient from elsewhere.
