Indexing optimization (Alert to the clerk when indexing same class of doc same date)

When indexing a lot of documents, human error is possible and it’s a loss of time when it happens.

When indexing a document to a patient file and there is a document with the same class, description and date, an alert could be displayed to the indexing staff: « Possible Duplicate, there is a document in the patient file with the same class, description or date [link to directly open the PDF to see if the doc is already there] »

Kinlogix have this feature and the indexing staff love it.
