Ability to configure the status of the MEDICAL SUMMARY (expanded / collapsed)

When using MYLE on the second screen, it's good to use the infinite scroll to view the notes.

It would be perfect to collapse ALL medical summary sections in one clic (or customizable option) to improve the readings of the patient medical history.

The notes, plan, forms would be clearer to spot.
