Indexing tool - Make 'Responsible Provider' field mandatory

The admin from GMF Lévis-les-Rivières believes not having to enter data in the 'Responsible Provider' field poses a great risk to patient safety. She mentioned one time when a patient had an abnormal mammography, and the MOA forgot to tag a physician.

She adds that the autopopulation of the field is counter-productive because it is frequent that the family doctor is not the one who ordered the test (e.g. walk-in clinic, assigned NP, etc.). She mentions that it is now an additional click to remove the family physician and add the correct one.

• Workaround for that: Lock empty field before beginning the batch scanning

The ideal would be to have 'mandatory fields' preferences per clinic.
