Input the initial date for CNESST form in Facturation.net

When MD are inputing a CNESST event, they add that directly in the HTML5 form in MYLE.

This data is transfered to the CNESST.

As they go to Facturation.net from the note, the date is lost.

Implement the ability to get from the medical note to facturation.net with the AP would be great.

Otherwise, it is multiple clics to go back to the note to retrieve the information.
