Adding "Ordre des Professionels des Diététistes" to the available options to sync DSQ.

It would avoid clients not being able to access their patients results in MYLE.
Having it available would save the doctors a lot of time and would not be forcing them to operate across multiple platforms in order to work effectively.

    CNSSSPNQL mentionne avoir 21 nutritionnistes pour un total de 17 centre de santé qui bénéficieraient de cet ajout.
