Display the service type in the week view of the calendar Merged

During a quick look to monitor availibilities or, to find a free spot, the calendar weekly view should display the TYPES of offers.

Actually we only have the grey zones.

We know that we have the option directly from the patient file, but sometimes, t's on a call, and the MD have to open day by day to accept the request, depending on his charge.

Today, it's unusuable, except to click on every affectations zone to check offers.
