REPORTING: PBF Registered Patients

Create a PBF Report, filter:

• list of all PBF Registered Patients

• that have not been MSP Billed
  - EXCEPTION to 03333 - NO CHARGE REFERRAL

• within [enter date range]

On the report display:

• Patient Name

• PHN

• Patient Activity: Active/Deceased, etc...

• PBF Registered Date

• Physician that last billed

• Last Service Date (for MSP Billing Claim exception 03333 - NO CHARGE REFERRAL)

• Last ICD Code billed
