Add "Pas de disponibilité" in status down list in "New Recalls"

When working on recall list, a concrete status, immediatly visible to staff and MD later would have an impact :

• in term of time saver for clerical staff

• in term of efficiency for MD to open new consultation slots

Actually, everything has to be written in the note
