Be able to send forms to patients who will be able to fill them while checking in on the Kiosk of the clinic

GMF du Sommet usually send out forms to patients, so they can fill them before they go to a Dr's appointment.

They would like to have the option to send these forms from myle, (upload a PDF document, for example - and send it to all the patients of a specific Dr).

Once the patients receive the form, give them the possibility to fill it on the Kiosk once they check in.
