REMOVE User Prefix or replace with titles

the prefix is unnecessary - replace with title of the user for easy sorting and recognition of the user

    Requested by CISSSMO - the prefix are not necessary and make it harder to find users without using the search bar (especially when looking for NP which are mixed with the Mr/Mme).

    Suggestion: show users in order of alphabetical order.
