Approx unchecked when adding a diagnosis

When we add a diagnosis or a medical history in a file and we put a date, it automatically checks "Approx".

It would be nice if it would automatically remove the "Approx" check mark when we put a full year/month/day date. For example, if we enter that a patient broke his wrist on December 16, 2020, it is not approximate, it is the exact date in general (with some exceptions).

We understand that it is possible to click to uncheck it, but often physicians enter the exact dates, forget to uncheck and their notes become less rigorous. It would be more convenient if it were the other way around: When the date is approximate, the box is checked.
