Reducing phone types in the contacts section

Client wants the phone types offered in the contacts section of the patient file to be less confusing for her. Because according to her, the types "Personal - Phone" and "Personal - Cell" have an impact on notifications and what number is used on the forms and that could cause issues with the patients if the wrong person is notified.
