Revoke access to service in the Portal a few hours or minutes the availability

Administration/Portal:
Add an option in the services to prevent access to certain appointments in the Portal as in the HUB so patients can't book an appointment 1 to 5min before the appointment

Ex: 15min, 30min, 45min, 1h, 2h before the appointment
