Adding an information bubble to show full CNESST form title when hovering on it

Current situation:

Right now, when a doctor wants to search for an already filled CNESST form in the "complétion automatique" section of the CNESST forms and open it, they need to browse through a list of CNESST forms that often have the same titles and that were filled on the same day, since they often open and fill the same form for different patients on a same given day (see CNESST list attached file).Since the title is often too long, MYLE doesn't show the full title information and doctors can't see which one was created and filled at what time on a specific day, which is the best indicator for them to know which one they need to reopen (see CNESST list 2 attached file).

Doctors need to open the CNESST forms one by one until they find which one they want to work on, which is time consuming.

Solution:

If we could allow users to hover the title of the form with their mouse and have a full information bubble appear (like we often see in many software with the brownish info bubble), this would allow doctors to find which CNESST form they need to open faster, without having to open them one by one until they find the right now.
