Fax Favorite Ability / Most used fax on the top Merged

Users, especially clinicians who use fax a lot, would love to have a most used faxes or an "add to favorite" option to enhance the efficiency of faxing instead of searching them all the time, which is irritating. Most of the time they use same fax over and over.
